From time to time, Vyvesopic may offer free shipping promotions, which will be communicated through our website and promotional materials.

Orders placed with Vyvesopic will be processed within 2-5 business days after receipt of payment. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or due to product availability, but we will notify you if there is any significant delay.

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method chosen and the destination of the order. For domestic orders, delivery usually takes 5-7 business days. Currently, Vyvesopic does not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). If your address falls into one of these categories, please provide a physical address for shipping to ensure timely delivery.

While we take every precaution to ensure your order is safely packaged, occasional issues may arise during transit.
