To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging. For food and perishable items, we cannot accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective. Please inspect your items upon delivery to ensure they meet your expectations.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds typically take up to 7 business days to process.

4. Non-Refundable Items

5. Exchanges
Currently, Vyvesopic does not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product you received was defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please reach out to us immediately at info@vyvesopic.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference, at no additional charge. Please include clear photographs of the damaged or defective product to facilitate the process.
